I am trying to find a person in Brazil. He owns a house in Portugal that I would like to buy. Could you please help me try to locate him or have any tips on how I can proceed on my own? His name is Jorge Manuel Carrilha Jesus Padinha.

Where he owns the home.
Go to town records in place where he owns home and find out other details on him, such as publicly registered telephone numbers.
