Answer
Srinath--
First of all, I am not "Sir", but female.

It is very difficult, if not impossible, to get a job in Brazil, despite your qualifications. And even more difficult to get a work visa to work legally, since there are so many well-trained, but under- or unemployed Brazilians competing for the relatively poor salaries. Most recruiters are reported to be ineffective, whereas personal connections are most important in Brazil in getting anything done. Your best hope might be to contact an Indian company with an office somewhere in Brazil and try to get a job that way.

Also, I would be very cautious about making a major commitment after knowing someone personally for only days, much as you may sympathize with her situation, since you may not be fully aware of, or fully understand, her resources or reasons for entering into a relationship with someone outside her own culture/country/status.
