Question
I will be traveling to Brazil, near Rio, for a wedding in November. I have never been to the country and am not familiar with the culture. I need to know what to wear to a wedding in that area at that time of the year.I am a female.

The weather should be warm, and depending on where near Rio (the mountains near Petropolis are cooler, for example), could be quite hot and muggy.
A nice short cocktail dress should do fine.
For special occasions or going our dancing, Brazilian women often tend to favor close-fitting, brief dresses, very high heels and dangly earrings.
Have a wonderful time.
