Hello! I would like to find out in which cities or regions in Brazil that I'm most likely to find high fashion shoe factories in for men and women?

I'm looking to come out, stay for a few weeks, and have some samples made. These shoes would need to to have a thick, special cushion / midsole that I will provide.
