Hai.. My Boyfriend and I will get marriage soon. We are living in Europe. He was born in Sao Paolo. In order to get marriage in Europe we have to present new birth certificate. Since no one live in Sao Paolo anymore we have difficulties to make new Birth Certificate. Please kindly info if you know something where to get or make new Birth certificate. thanks

2. Contact the Brazilian Embassy or Consulate in your country for help:

3. Check your boyfriend's Brazilian passport or ID (Carteira de Identidade) for the exact place of birth and registration. (2)Search the web for the registration office. (3) Contact the office.
