Question
Hi Sandra,
I am Indonesian.
1. Can I get married in Brazil with local by entering Brazil with tourist visa?
2. After married, can I use that marriage pass to find the job in that country?
Please advise. Thank you.

Answer
Yes, you can arrive on a tourist visa and then get married. However, as I said in my answer to your other question, the process is quite long, so you might want to draw up a procuracao to let your fiance act on your behalf. Then you can arrive in time for the wedding.

After you are married, you register the marriage and go to the PF to apply for permanent residency. Your papers will take awhile, so you may not be able to work legally for some time. Jobs are often difficult to find and depend a lot on who you know. Also, if you do not speak good Portuguese, you may have more problems finding work. Are you by chance a Timorese speaker of Portuguese?

Best luck in your future life.
