Question
Hi Sandra, Bom dia .
i am an indian and i love a brazilian lady. she wants to come india and we plan to get marriage here in india. my parents are agree that we get married here. so after our marriage i can enter brazil without any visa ?  or i have to show my marriage documents to brazil embassy in india and then i can get citizenship to enter brazil..

Answer
Congratulations.

However, it is unclear from your post whether you plan to live in Brazil or simply to visit.

If you wish to travel to see the country and visit your new wife's parents, for instance, you need a tourist visa.

If you wish to live in Brazil with your wife, you should apply for a permanent visa based on marriage. You can apply through the Brazilian Embassy/Consulate in India (faster process and more expensive probably) or you can apply at the Policia Federal with jurisdiction over where you reside in Brazil (longer process, less expensive and includes a home visit).

At any rate, you should find out which documents you will need to present for permanencia, because they usually need to be "recognized" (as legal and not forged) at the Consulate with jurisdiction over where they were emitted, and translated by an offically listed translator in Brazil.

After being married and with a permanent visa for several years, you can apply for Brazilian citizenship.
