Question
Respected...
My girl friend is living in Brazil.I want to marry with her.I'm in Pakistan. And she is in Brazil. Please suggest me,how according to Brazilian laws we can marry. Is there any way to get marriage through internet?or any other way..plz tell me.

Answer
No, you cannot marry over the internet.
You must get a tourist visa to Brazil and fulfill the criteria for getting married there. Ask your girlfriend to speak to the cartorio nearest her residence in Brazil for detailed information on the process and documents required. Your documents would have to be "recognized" (as legal and not false) by the Brazilian Embassy/Consulate with jurisdiction over where they were emitted and then translated in Brazil by an official translator, a long and expensive process.
Or you can invite your girlfriend to Pakistan, get married there and then apply for permanent residency in Brazil, either at the Brazilian Embassy/Consulate with jurisdiction over Pakistan (faster and more expensive)or in Brazil (longer and cheaper, and with a surprise home visit).
I urge you, however, not to think of marrying a Brazilian as an easy way to find employment in another country. The Brazilian government is very good at understanding who might try to do this. And Brazil has exosting high unemployment even for trained people and those in technical fields.
