I am preparing a presentation on conducting business in Brazil. Are there any blatant, humorous or unusual laws or business issues that should be mentioned or noted? Unusual compared to US laws.

Hello CT,

Two general rules in Brazil are: (1) "laws (and contracts) were made to be broken"; (2) "only poor people stay in jail".
