Hello,
my name is Aga and I am an architect. I would like to move to Brazil for 1-2 years and work as an architect. Do you know any company that need people from Europe? Or maybe any European company that need people to work in Brazil?

Aga, there are many well-trained Brazilians, in all fields including professions like architecture, who are under or un-employed. It is almost impossible to find a Brazilian company that would invest the time, money and effort in getting a work visa for a foreigner.
Your best chance is to try to find a company in the EU that has an office in Brazil.
