Hello my husband & I are working on his adoption he's from brazil was adopted in 1983 thru arlete hilu, we want to know how to find this lady and correct his paperwork. We also want to know what is the fastest way to learn portugese? Thanks

To correct legal papers, I recommend to contact a Brazilian consulate in Canada. They can also recommend a lawyer if necessary.
