Question
Hi there,

I am moving to Sao Paulo for a few months. Are there any Indian grocery stores in Sao Paulo or is it advisable to bring our own Indian groceries when we travel?

Thanks

Answer
Ashok,

I don't know any Indian grocery store in Sao Paulo. After a quick search on the internet, I found several restaurants but not stores. You can contact the restaurants (see link below) to learn about the source of their ingredients.

I don't recommend you bringing food from India since you can encounter problems with the custom agents in Brazil.

Good luck!
