Answer
Hell Sunny Abhinash,

Sorry to hear your problem in visiting Brazil. I am not expert in visa issues and avoid to provide legal advising. Here are some possible workarounds:

1. Ask your girlfriend to visit you in India and marry her. Then get a visa to Brazil.

2. First go to Argentina, Uruguay or Paraguay. From there, try to get a visa to Brazil. If for some reason they don't let you get into Brazil, ask your girlfriend to visit you in neighbor country.

3. Try to hire an immigration lawyer in India.

Good luck!
