Answer
Your future wife must enquire at the cartorio she intends to use about the documents that specific one requires (they are all independent businesses with individual requirements).
Your documents must be recognized as legal at the Brazilian Consulate/Embassy in your country, at a considerable cost for each one. Then they must be translated in Brazil by an official translator (although if a translator with your language is not available, other arrangements can be made), again at a considerable cost. Once the documents are submitted, there is usually a wait of about a month for a date at the forum.
I'm sure no one cares about your religion, but they will care about your finances in order to grant a tourist visa to enter the country. (There is no fiance visa.) Brazilian consular officials are very good at weeding out those who are marrying to try to get into the country for work purposes. But in fact, there are many unemployed Brazilians to take any available jobs. And they already speak fluent Portuguese.
After marriage, you can apply for permanent residence and after several years, citizenship.
