Question
I have just been informed that i have been married to a Brazilian woman for two years! I ended a relationship with this woman before she apparently married me by a proxy marriage. i ended the relationship and gave her no permission to advance with the proxy marriage. turns out she did so behind my back. I have no been in Brazil nor knew I was married to her for this two year marriage. we never even consummated this alleged marriage!
How do I get a quick divorce?
NB; she claims the child is mine. I have on record a letter from the doctor that examined her and the fetus via ultrasound imaging tests. The doctor states that on April 28, 2010 the fetus was comparable with the gestation age of 28 weeks. When I calculate backwards this woman had not come to visit me in my country of residence yet! she arrive to see me on Oct. 21, 2009. How am I the father of this child? Impossible it seems unless the Doctor got the fetus gestational age wrong by 4 weeks?
Please help me any advice or pointing me in the right direction would be most grateful to get a divorce soon as I am about to be married to my fiance!

Answer
This seems like a question too complicated legally, and with too few details included, for a non-lawyer to answer on an internet forum. Contact a lawyer in Brazil as soon as possible, since obtaining a divorce in Brazil, if necessary, may not be quick or inexpensive.
