hi i wanted to go to brazil in the summer for a holiday and im only 18 i was wondering is it a safe place for me to travel to ?

Hello Lauren,

I wouldn't recommend you to travel to Brazil by yourself, it is not very safe and not many people can speak English. Try to join a tour group.

Florianopolis is a great and safe city, although the weather if often cold from June to August. If you like warm weather and beaches, you can should go to Recife or Natal, but try to stay around your hotel, avoid carrying valuable items and don't go out at night by yourself. If you want to visit places, hire a tour guide.
