I'm developing data centers in Sao Paulo and am going to hire local IT Operations talent to staff my facilities. Is there a Brazilian equivalent of DICE to recruit IT professionals in Brazil? Is there a firm that can help with recruiting IT folks, translating job descriptions, etc? Thank you!
