ANSWER: Marrying in India is a question for the Indian government, both for the actual marriage and for her visa to enter.
After the marriage, you can apply for permanencia at the Brazilian Consulate/Embassy nearest your home (faster and more expensive). Consult them for required documents.
Or you could try to get a tourist visa for Brazil and apply for permanencia at the Policia Federal where you settle (slow and there is a surprise home visit by the PF).

QUESTION: thanks a lot sandra ............

but plz tell which documents should my girl frd carry in india for marriage in india............

or if i visit brazil wit tourist visa can i get married wit her there which documents i need to carry........do i need to come back to india ?? or i can settle there after marriage

Answer
I don't know anything about Indian immigration policies or documents needed.

For Brazil, your girlfreind should ask the cartorio she intends to use. They are each an independent business and can have slightly different requirements.
IMO the big hurdle would be getting a visa to Brazil in the first place, not worrying about going back. But no, you could apply for permanencia right after getting married in Brazil, without returning to your home country.
