Answer
First of all, if you work with computers, you should know that using all capital letters to write a messsage is considered screaming. No one likes to be screamed at. It's simply not polite to do so.

Jobs in Brazil are mainly obtained by QI (quem indica, or who recommended you), so a job hunter is very dependent on his/her network of friends, aquaintances and family connections. Do you have a large network of local friends in Brazil?

Work visas for foreign applicants are almost impossible to obtain. Few companies would spend the time, money and energy to apply for a work visa on behalf of a foreigner when there are so many qualified Brazilian candidates. In order to secure a visa for a prospective foreign emplyee, the company must prove there is no Brazilian who can do the job. What skills do you have that are so exceptional?

The work environment is in Portuguese. Are you fluent?

Brazil is an extremely expensive place to live, especially in Sao Paulo. Furnishing a modest apartment would be perhaps more than three times more expensive than in the U.S., for example. Sao Paulo rents are very high and commuting to work is difficult, so people who can afford to, live near their work. It is the only city I know of that has an Indian population sizable enough to sustain small food stores, etc.
Brazilian culture is quite different. As regards work, a company might say they are interested in you, but may never follow through, which attitude some from other cultures find frustrating.

"IS IT GOOD THOUGHT TO GET GOOD JOB IN BRAZIL"? On the whole, NO.
