Question
Hi again Edison,

I'm thinking of staying at Lothlorien, an eco-village in Bahia.

 http://www.lothlorien.org.br/english/index.html

I teach math courses online, but I understand from their website that it might be hard to access the Net there.  If I bring my laptop--which has Wi-fi/wireless--is there any way I can arrange to have Internet access there?

Thanks again,
Michael

Answer
Michael,

Lothlorien seems to be great place to stay. I sent them an email asking about internet access and I haven't received an answer yet.

I also search the web for internet service provider for Chapada Diamantina region, Bahia (location of the eco-village) and there is a company that provides modem-phone internet access. They web site doesn't say anything about wireless access (http://www.sendnet.com.br/). I sent an email to them asking but no answer yet.

If I received any replay to my emails I will let you know.

Have fun!
