I am a recruiter working with a large software solutions provider based in the U.S. We are looking to open a software development center in Sao Paulo, Brazil. I am looking for the phone numbers and addresses of employment agencies/search firms who specialize in recruiting technical personnel in Sao Paulo and neighboring cities.
