Brazil has immigrates from all over the world. So, it is very common to find Japanese, Italian, German, Middle Eastern, Greek, Polish, Spanish and Russian last names.

However, the most common last names are from Portuguese, such as Silva, Souza, Cruz, Machado, Ferreira, Araujo, Santos and Oliveira.
