Brazil/vaccinations for brazil (rio & sau paulo)

Question
I am traveling to Brazil (Rio & Sau Paulo) on a businees trip in less than a week.  Due to some problems with my work's medical office, I have not received any of the "recommended" vaccines or med's.  I will be there 1 full week and will only be visiting these 2 main cities.  Should I be concerned about not receiving these?  Should I cancel the trip ?

Thanks Matt.

Answer
Matt --
You do not need any vaccinations to travel to Rio or Sao Paulo, especially for a business trip.

You are recommended to have a Yellow Fever shot if you are going to the Pantanal or the Amazon states.  I went to the Pantanal and never got a Yellow Fever shot.

Unless youre going to go on an Amazon trek through thick foreset in search for birds and monkeys, or hang out near mosquito infested towns in the poor north, you will be fine.
