Do you have a reciepe for pastry using ONLY corn flour please??

peter, sorry i do not have anything like this in my cataloge,it may not exhist at all so don't be surprised,you can experiment yourself by adding increasing amounts of corn flour to a basic recepie and substituting the white pastry flour with something more healthy,you never know this could be your baby,it is not unheard of that you may come up with a real viable alternative to regular pastry dough so i would incourage you to pursue this.i think it is a great idea. go for it and don't be surprised if you hit a home run! good luck! bob connolly,www.millsbakery.com
