If I use the food processor to grind almonds will the paste come out smooth without grumps?
Do I have to use a special attachment?

pat,it is possible to get it smooth,i don't  use these machines in my work but i have seen them do amazing things,remember you will not get almond paste this way,this comes from the kernels of the apricot pit which gives it the destinctive flavor,they just call it almond paste,you can however mix some smooth almonds in with the kernel paste.hope that helps.bob connolly
