QUESTION: should i adjust the baking soda or powder?? what is the best type of tube pan for a gas oven?? should i spray it with pan. i have used a non stick one for many years in electric . never had this problem. thanks again
Answerlaurie, don't adjust the recepie yet,all baking pans will work relatively well in gas ovens, keep in mind my expertise is in commercial baking where we use huge revolving gas ovens. is your oven a convection type? i have seen these types of ovens cause problems. let me know. bob
