Question
I would like to know how long powdered sugar lasts? I've had a bag of powdered sugar in my cupboard for a little over a year. I used a little of it and closed it with a clip. Is it still good or should I throw it out?
candy,candy?with a sugar question? this is a first for me so here goes,as a professional i have never had to adress this issue,we go through this type of sugar quickly so it never has a chance to hang around,my best quess is that it is perfectly fine as long as it looks o.k. no change in it's texture and color,i would not worry at all. good luck. robert connolly
