Question
i baked banana bread, but after i allowed it to cool i realized it was not done in the middle. can i rebake or some how reheat it to cook the middle? didnt have any tooth picks !

Yes, you can put it back in the oven if you haven't sliced it. Depending on how "undone" it is, you could also toast or bake slices of it. You might want to put some foil over the top (loosely) when you rebake it so it doesn't get too brown.

I have been baking for over 30 years. One of my hobbies is creating recipes, most of those for baked goods. I made my own wedding cake. Currently I prefer to bake healthier things. I use a lot of whole wheat and other whole grain flours, and prefer to use less sugar or sugar substitutes in my baking. I do a lot with fruit.
