Question
I have to bake this bread and all i got is the list of ingredients. All purpose flour, graham flour, sugar, instant milk powder, salt, instant dry yeast, whole fresh eggs, margarine, water. the bouquet part is red bell pepper, green pepper, celery, parsley, garlic salt, instant dry onions, and dash. The receipe doesn't have the steps for baking and the baking temp or time. So my question is what? and how should i go about baking this bread?

How is it that you have an ingredient list and no directions? Do you have a photo, or have you had the bread before? The bread part is easy, if you have a cookbook (or just look online), just use the directions for any basic whole-wheat bread. The question is the bouquet. I have a feeling it is meant to be a filling. So my guess would be that the vegetables should be sauteed until soft, then mixed with the seasonings. You would roll out the dough to form a rectangle if you are making it in a loaf pan, or a circle or oval for free-standing. Then spread the filling over the dough, leaving about 1/2 inch around the edges and roll it up.

As for baking temps, I would probably go with 400 degrees for anywhere between 35 and 50 minutes, depending on the size of the loaf and how moist.

Expertise

I can answer any questions about baking. The only thing I'm not too good at is baking pies, nor do I know much about high altitude baking.

Experience

I have been baking for over 30 years. One of my hobbies is creating recipes, most of those for baked goods. I made my own wedding cake. Currently I prefer to bake healthier things. I use a lot of whole wheat and other whole grain flours, and prefer to use less sugar or sugar substitutes in my baking. I do a lot with fruit.
