Question
Hello,

How do I remove the pie from the pie dish (I have a pyrex pie dish please, it doesn't have a removable bottom)? Can I invert it? wouldn't that break up the pie?

Thanks

Answer
geraldine,it seems like a waste of time baking in pyrex only to remove your pie.why make work for yourself? just bake in a aluminum pie tin and be done with it. i have never done what you are asking me to advise you on so just try freezing the pie overnight and it should hold up to almost anything, then you can heat it up for a bit when it thaws out and it should be fine with no risk of breakage. bob connolly
