Answer
You may be able to find a cutter at a restaurant supply shop, or look for bakery supply companies online. I used to make granola bar dog biscuits, and I made them on baking sheets and cut them by hand with a cheese cutter. It is a long, double-handled, heavy knife and it makes quick work of cutting large batches - but make sure it fits your pan if you use one. A pizza cutter also works. Just make a template for the size you want and use that to cut evenly.

Expertise

I can answer any questions about baking. The only thing I'm not too good at is baking pies, nor do I know much about high altitude baking.

Experience

I have been baking for over 30 years. One of my hobbies is creating recipes, most of those for baked goods. I made my own wedding cake. Currently I prefer to bake healthier things. I use a lot of whole wheat and other whole grain flours, and prefer to use less sugar or sugar substitutes in my baking. I do a lot with fruit.
