My gran came from Lincs too (Market Rasen)

My mother made Ground Rice Cheesecake - she died recently and I remembered it so well - she was a wonderful cook



Base is shortcrust pastry spread with jam (raspberry best)

Topping

3 oz ground rice and 1oz plain flour mixed

3oz butter and 3 oz sugar (creamed)

1 egg, almond extract



I just found it in her recipe notebook
