hi my name is chris my girlfriend dumped me 2 weeks ago after a year long relationship i treated her so well i gave her everything and treated her like a princess but we argued over small little things and eventually she called it off. a week after break up i found out that she was going cinema with of my friends and one of her friends who i am also friends with informed me that she liked my best friend. i dont know what i did to deserve this people wonder why also and my ex doesnt feel a thing she couldnt care less she made me give her stuff back and she gave me the stuff she didnt want and in a weeks time there is a disco where shes planing to go off with other boys i know it sounds bad but is the norm at our age to do that but i still dont see how she was in love with me one week and a week later she dumps me please give me some answers to these questions i need help !!!!

Dear Chris,
You have to try and get through this because both your friend and her have disrespected you.  She is doing whatever it is that she wants to do now.  So, you need to find some new people to hang out with and leave her alone.  You didn't do anything to deserve this... people are just people and sometimes they are really selfish that they don't care who they hurt in the process as long as they are getting what they want.  Be a good person - do great things and that is the best revenge you can ever get while you make your life fabulous.  I know it hurts and sucks, but the only thing that will help you get over this is no contact and time....
