Question I was with my boyfriend for 2 years, we got pregnant and decided together we were going to keep the baby and become a family. I am now 8 1/2 months pregnant and he is leaving me cause he wants something different. He is already moving on to another girl, who is aware of my pregnancy and how little time I have left. It has been 2 days since our break up and I am alone. I feel as though him moving on so soon is the reason I cant start to get over him. Not to mention I am carrying a part of him in my body. I dont know what to do or how to feel.
Answer Dear Teara,
Regardless of how or when he did it ~ it hurts terribly and I am sorry. You need to make sure you eat, sleep, and take care of YOU!!! You are getting ready to have the best gift given to us women ~ a baby.... You can be a great mom without him.... Change your focal point... don't let it be him or his new relationship.... Focus on you and your child... Right now you kind of have to not worry about how you feel or what to do regarding this situation because you are ready to give birth... You have no control over what he does or what kind of father he is going to be... Protect yourself... Once you have the baby... go to the courts and ask for financial support and set up a visitation schedule.... Then, it is all on him..... Congratulations on becoming a mother and God Bless..... You are going to be ok...
