Hi, my partner of 10 years left around a year ago. He is trying to keep in touch. I asked for time. He sends emails. One minute it's about his feelings, next it's just a 'friendly' email. Still love him, but need to move on. Don't want him out of my life, but he made the decision to leave.
Should I ask him to stop contacting me?

If you are not over him ~ yes... ask him to not contact you because you will not be able to completely start the healing process.  Don't even tell him to stop contacting you ~ just block him... Take back your power and live a FABULOUS life... Good Luck
