How to Breakup/Deal With Break Ups/break-up/child custody

Question
I got my girlfriend pregnant 9 months ago and have attempted to make a relationship work but it wont.  I can't put up with her any more and I'm in it just for the child.  The problem is that she is 19 (totally dependent on others) and I want the most custody of my child as possible.  What steps should I take?  She is currently living with me, and her families very strange and has 7 people living in her parents household.  I really don't want my baby growing up there.  Another thing that makes everything complex is that I work 10, 24 hour shifts a month.  Thanks for your time

Answer
The only thing you can do is to get a lawyer. Since every situation is different, a lawyer will be able to give you a consultation on how to proceed and what your rights to the child are. I have a few friends going through this as well (child custody) and since every situation is different they have to take the legal route.

good luck..

Expertise

I can answer questions about break ups, and how to move on..I've been through a few of them myself and have learned what to do and what not to do in order to heal, move on, or try to get someone back. No guarantees as each individual is different but I can do my best to help!!

Experience

I am a good listener and have helped friends get through break ups, I also have gone through a few myself and know how hard it is..if you just need to vent or need advice, feel free to ask
