Question
QUESTION: Me and my girlfriend have been together for a long while and we both admit we really love each other, but im very insecure with no reason and i believe ive stopped this insecurity but she doesnt believe me. Recently she has been having doubts about our relationship and whether it feels right, although she is adoment that she loves me and she'll never leave me, How do i approach this? What do i do to make it all better??? Please help me, thankyou.

ANSWER: Have a talk with her and ask her how she really feels, if she feels you have made changes in that area. Listen to her carefully, and if she says your still insecure in some areas then you need to make some more changes if you want to keep her. Because insecurity in a relationship is not good at all and will drive the other person away.

good luck

QUESTION: thankyou for your help,
I am convinced im going to loose her no matter what, I try not to show this. but, how do i stop this feeling that i will loose her, as i know it will ruin our relationship?

Answer
Don't bring it up at all. Just bite your tongue and act like everythings fine. You never know, maybe by doing this you won't lose her after all. But if you continue to act insecure, then its guaranteed you will lose her. Ask yourself whats more important. Also, if you do lose her, then it wasn't meant to be.

I can answer questions about break ups, and how to move on..I've been through a few of them myself and have learned what to do and what not to do in order to heal, move on, or try to get someone back. No guarantees as each individual is different but I can do my best to help!!

Experience

I am a good listener and have helped friends get through break ups, I also have gone through a few myself and know how hard it is..if you just need to vent or need advice, feel free to ask
