im only 17 n was goin with my first serious bf for just under a year, hes 19 and has had a couple of serious realtionships before me! we broke up about 10 months ago but i cant get over him! he broke up with me tellin me he no longer wanted a gf bt a week later he was with sum1 else! we didnt have a perfect relationship, but i truely believe we loved eachother! its weird because as much as i still love him a dont think i wana get bk with him, well not for a while yet! we keep in touch from time to time but not alot just if wer on the internet or the odd text, i will be honest and say i have had sex with him bhind his new gfs bk a few times but i really dont think this affects my feelings for him! hes on my mind 24/7 and its really annoying me! please try and help me!  x x x x x

Well to be honest, sleeping with him is going to affect you without you realizing it anyways, believe me, I know.

You can't get over someone by being in touch with them or seeing them..thats why ten months later you are still not over him. You need to distance yourself from him as much as possible and try dating other people for a while, find someone who will love you and want to be with you.
