Breast Cancer/Path Report Question

Question
I just had a excision done on a mass in my right breast. The surgeon today told me the results are a benign, my breasts are fibrous and nothing to worry about in the future yrly mammo/sono.  Then I got home and read the path report and it stated benign breast parenchyma /Fibroadenoma.7cm, ductal hyperplasia w/o atypia and columnar cell changes.  What does this mean? Do I have to worry?

Answer
Not at the moment! I can not guarantee your future (I can not guarantee mine either), but if you do regular breast check ups once per year including mammography and ultrasound AND MRI breast scans (including at least needle biopsies of any lesions seen) you should be pretty safe! Good luck!
