Breast Cancer/fibroadenoma with p'historicaly

Question

I am 28,femal. more than one years ago i fell a solid mass in the right breast in 2' oclock in size 7.5 mm X 1.5 mm.after 3 months no changing in size. this mass is in a fibroglandure lesion that is compatible with benign breast changes.after1 year it increased to 10 mm X 1.5 mm.as my mother death with malignant breast censer after passing ten years diagnosis period. her doctor preferred to excision this mass.I should descion.is it possible to decrease the size with pill /diet food?how much (%) i am in risk? what should I do for my health in peesent and future?pls advice me.me?  

Answer
No there is no way at present to reduce it with medicine. If it worries you it would be best to have the mass removed from your breast surgically. After that have regular (once per year) check ups with mammography, ultrasound & MRI breast scans and needle biopsies of any seen lesions. If that is done you can most probably feel rather secure!
