Question
My surgeon left a mess. on my ans. mach. today stating she had all my biopsies now,,,and that I show pre-cancer ,,i had a mastecomy in sept. and I could not get in touch with her,,,nor does she return calls,,,I have no clus what pre cancer means....
Pre cancer usually means a precursor to cancer but without more information I can not evaluate this. Where from in your body were the biopsies taken? What kind of biopsies (needle biopsies - core or thin/fine needle aspiration - or exfoliative cytology or surgical)? Why were they done? That is the minimum of the information I need.
