Question
i wanna ask is it necessary to have chemo radiation and hormonal TTT after mastectomy or it varies
and is it possible to have unequal breasts without any  danger?
and iam medical student and i am little confused about using the word vasodilation
does it refer in general to artery or vein or may be both or when we use it we must mean artery and vein at the same time
by the way iam a medical student

Answer
I'm just here for cancer so with regards to vasodilation you should ask a cardiologist. Ordinary unequal breasts are no danger. Most people are not very symmetrical. Yes it is often (almost always) necessary with radiation therapy, chemo therapy & hormonal therapy after surgery but there are variations. Often hormonal is not possible or necessary. But radiation and/or chemo are very common as is radiation alone. Which alternative to use depends on the tumor and the patient.
