hi dear colleague
i have a special question about suitable management of second primary breast cancer?
consider a patient with history of LABC plus ER/PR + about 6 years ago that has been involved by contralateral breast cancer again LABC BUT ER/PR- and posetive lymph node7/10.
this patient has been received CEF BUT no RT at THAT time.
she is on letrozol after 5 years tamoxifen and what is your suggestion or recommendation please?

Dear colleague! I think she should be treated just as a first primary of that type. Personally I would seriously consider radiation therapy too. So mainly otherwise as the first one except of course for the hormonal component. I hope I have been clear emogh, otherwise just ask again! Best regards!
