Impression: Features are s/o benign lesion. left upper outer quadrant -
fabroadenoma.

ANSWER: Did I not answer this to you yesterday? Anyway no signs of any cancer is seen so no surgery is necessary. A most probably benign mass, probably a fibroadenoma is seen in the upper outer part of the left breast. If you want that diagnosis confirmed by a pathologist it is easily done with an ultrasound guided needle biopsy.

---------- FOLLOW-UP ----------

QUESTION: THANK YOU FOR YOUR QUICK RESPONSE, MAY BE I POSTED TWICE SORRY FOR
IT, HERE LOCAL DOCTOR SUGGESTED THAT  SURGERY IS REQUIRED WITH IN SIX
MONTHS OR AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THAT WHAT IS
FABROADENOMA, IF WE LEFT IT AS IT IS FOR A YEAR OR TWO, HOW IT WILL
EFFECT THE HEALTH OF PATIENT. - PHANI.

Answer
A fibroadenoma is completely harmless! I think that drs. where you are (wherever that may be) are used to do surgical biopsies of findings like this. hat is however not necessary especially if you can do ultrasound guided needle biopsies. Your health will not be affected at all if you leave a fibroadenoma in place. Good luck! I have answered your first question 3 times, so this is the 4'th time.
