I request you to tell me about the condition of the patient whoom mamography result was furnished below. does she require operation ? is it cancer ? - Let me know the details.

report :
Mammograpy:

craniocavdal and 45 mediolateral views were taken on both sides
skin and nipple are normal in thichness and density
subcutaneous fat appears normal
subcutaneous fat appears normal
brest parenchyma shows fibroglandular appearance on both sides, it is homogenous on right side.
No edidence of focal mass lesion
left upper outer quadrant shows well defined homogenous lobulated mass with smooth outlines. surrounding brest parenchyma appears normal.
No evidence of micro or macro calcifications.
No evidence of Vascular prominence

Ultra sound screening: revealed E/O a well defined labulated hypoeechoic lesion of 23X13 mm noted in left upper outer quadrant.

Impression: Features are s/o benign lesion. left upper outer quadrant - fabroadenoma.

Answer
No signs of any cancer is found anywhere. No surgery needed. If you want the diagnosis confirmed by a pathologist demand an ultrasound guided needle biopsy of the lesion seen in the left breast's upper outer part which according to both the mammogram and the ultrasound looks like a non dangerous fibroadenoma.
