Question
hi doctor,i have fibroadenoma in both breast.diagnosed by ultrasound and mammogram. also  i have a PAINFUL lump in rt axila [it happened 3 times in last 9 months] and some pain in the same arm..always it gets clear within 2,3 days with oral antibiotic  .my question is,
if an armpit swelling is because of ca breast lymph node involvement or due to lymphoma , will it be painful and will it get subside with antibiotic? or the lump will remain in same size or will grow if its because of cancer? pls answer my question. thank you

Answer
This sounds as something connected with local infections/inflammations in your right axilla NOT anything that has to do with lymphoma or cancer! The lump you can feel is most probably the area where these infections happen now and then so the tissues there are mainly scar tissues and painful and tender. Let a surgeon check it especially next time it happens but the risk that this has anything to do with cancer or lymphoma is probably small. At least based on your description.
Good luck!
