Question
I have a on/off pain in left breast which sometimes feels like it could be my heart but started in my breast and has since moved to exact position in my back and occasionally down left arm. Had an ultrasound which detected nothing other than what GP had noticed which was fiborous tissue? Have had an itch under same breast for many years, had blood tests done recently which, to my knowledge have shown nothing, am very worried as have two small children, low energy lately also and sore if children hit off breast. Constantly aware of it and also v painful when exercising.

Answer
These symptoms most probably have nothing to do with breast cancer in any way. To me it sounds like a fibrocystic breast condition (which is not dangerous) combined with shoulder problems. This could be better checked with MRI breast scans and shoulder scans to be on the safe side.
