Question
breast cancer in lady under 35yrs,all true expect
diagnosis nd treatment are delayed due to enlarged no of benign disease
the sensitivity of mammogram is not enough for diagnosis alone
family history of malignant nd benign disease is predictive of diagnosis
all discrete breast lumps need fine needle aspiration
A better picture of her breast tissues in this situation can be obtained with an MRI breast scan of her breasts. Only those lesions that also in these MRI scans look suspect will then need a fine/thin needle aspiration biopsy or a core needle biopsy. Good luck!
