Question
a friend of me has a breast cancer with a tumor (adeno-carcinome) 2,5 cm diameter, stadium 2, en 3 glands with cancer cels. I am self doctor in medicine but I work in Public Health and I don't remember exactly the border of bad prognostic; is it between 2 and 3 glands or between 3 and 4? And what is the survival rate? Thank you for your answer.

Answer
Well it is not just a matter of 2 or 3 lymph nodes, it is the fact that it HAS spread to lymph nodes - but of course it is worse if they are many. It is also a matter of tumour size and 2.5 cm is rather big and also the GRADE of the tumour based on its pathology. Pardon mais malheureusement je ne parle francais très bien pas maintenant parsque j'ai oublie beaucoup, presque tout. If you can give me ALL details of the case I'll be in a better position to help you!
