Question
Ok here is the most current answers I have received.  I did go back and insist that the other biopsies  on the left breast be done.  The first was considered a cyst and poked at for about ten minutes to make it go away with of course a ultrasound assistances.  The second, clinically considered hypoechioc nodule- probable fibroadenoma.

comment:  Although there is prominent fibrosis on this sample, no definite morphological diagnostic elements of fibroadenoma are identified.  What the hell does that all mean since there is nothing that says no evidence of maliganancy for the left side

Answer
Well, as far as I can interpret this answer it is that it is from a lesion that on ultrasound looks like a fibroadenoma. In the biopsy material all that is seen are signs of fibrosis. There is NO mention of anything suspected of perhaps indicating a malignancy, no mention of any atypical cells or anything similar. So even though the biopsy is not completely conclusive for a fibroadenoma that diagnosis remains the only possibility. Anyway nothing is mentioned that can direct our thoughts towards a malignancy. So even though no malignancy is flatly denied I believe this to be a fibroadenoma. That is anyway the only thing I can make out of it!
